1.Overview
Storage and charging equipment are products that serve the new energy vehicle industry. Applications such as new energy vehicle road rescue, emergency power supply, and door-to-door charging services extensively utilize this equipment. It is an extension and supplement to new energy vehicle charging station operations, providing new energy vehicle owners with more convenient and efficient charging services.
2.Product Features
Using the latest three-level topology circuit with full digital control and a high degree of intelligence, it has the characteristics of high efficiency, stable operation, high efficiency, safety, and reliability.
Energy saving and high efficiency: the charging efficiency surpasses 93%, encompassing the conversion efficiency from grid, energy storage, or photovoltaic to electric vehicles;
It features a touch-screen display, alarm, and protection against over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, and under-voltage.
High security, with one cluster under one management, helps to avoid safety hazards such as inter-cluster circulation and DC short circuits.
It can perform constant current charging, constant voltage charging, equalizing charging, and floating charging, and it allows for continuous adjustment of the current and voltage over a wide range.

3.Working Principle
3.1 Basic Components
Mobile storage and charging equipment consists of AC/DC charging modules, batteries, battery management systems, charging stations, energy management systems, boxes, etc. The energy management unit, for example, is responsible for battery charge and discharge management and coordinates the orderly work of charging stations, batteries, and AC/DC modules. The charging station is an independent system. Support the GBT standard, European standard, American standard, and Japanese standard; support the OCPP protocol access platform. The battery adopts a lithium-ion phosphate battery with stable performance and high energy density.
3.1.1 Energy Storage System
The energy storage system comprises energy storage batteries, a BMS management system, an input unit, and an energy management system (EMS); the battery system uses a single cell as the smallest unit to form battery modules and battery clusters; and the energy storage system configures battery capacity according to the site's actual needs. The DC bus connects the energy storage system to the charging system, ensuring a fast charging and discharging response with high efficiency.
3.1.2 Charging Station
Charging stations interact with users by swiping cards or scanning codes to charge. The charging system involves monitoring and metering. The charging station's intelligent controller has the functions of measuring, controlling, and protecting the charger, such as running state detection, fault state detection, linkage control of the charging and discharging process, and so on. A DC guide rail smart meter equips the DC output for charging measurement. It has a complete communication function and can upload the measurement information to the charging intelligent controller and network operation platform through RS485. In addition, the charging station has an IP54 protection level for input and output over-voltage, under-voltage protection, short circuit protection, over-current protection, leakage protection, grounding detection, over-temperature protection, and other protection functions.
